Description: PATRIOT is a custom twin screw aluminum motor yacht originally built by Feadship and rebuilt at Derecktor's Shipyard in Dania, Florida, inspired by the Rybovich sport fisherman look. The current owner purchased Patriot in 2004 and in 2005 started a 2 year plus refit. They remove the house, deck and all insides to bare metal including all equipment. The hull, frames, some bulkheads and 80% of the house are original, and everything else has been replaced.

General Vessel Walkthrough: (3) Staterooms ensuite head with separate stall showers. One guest stateroom doubles as crew quarters as needed…… E ntering the Salon from the Mezzanine Deck, are spacious sitting areas with full entertainment center. Forward of Salon is the open galley with large seating area. Starboard side of the galley is the enclosed stairway leading up to the enclosed pilothouse, with full helm controls, and port and starboard guest seating. There is an open aft deck behind the pilothouse. Forward of the galley are stairs to the lower level passageway. Port side stateroom has twin lower berths and full head. Across the passageway to starboard is a twin bunk berth stateroom. The full head aft of the starboard stateroom also acts as a day head. Forward through passageway is the Master Stateroom with full head and plenty of storage.

Remarks: PATRIOT is a custom built yacht that will please the most experienced world fisherman, the ultimate day cruiser yachtsman or an owner that enjoys a true family cruiser, built to the highest of standards. PATRIOT’S owner has spent well over the asking price in securing her as a custom built “one off” yacht. PATRIOT was completely gutted down to the bare hull and frames. Her house & flybridge were removed and redesigned. Every piece of equipment & machinery was replaced during her reconstruction between 2005–2007. The engine room is completely new including her electronic MTU engine package, Kilopak gensets and A/Sea convertors. The interior wood work is custom built including the custom ordered windows for the house and enclosed flybridge. The concept of “transforming” spaces such as the galley and the helm stations makes Patriot different then most yachts. The stabilizers, anchor space and fishing area’s are “state-of-the-art” technology. The design & building efforts in creating a sound proof hull is unmatched in most yachts. Every moving part has some sort of sound damping, including floating soles, extra sound decking and rubber insulators in all areas of the yacht on the lower decks. The “gyro zero speed stabilization” and “trim tab” technology allows PATRIOT to adjust to most sea conditions, whether you are fishing or just cruising with family & friends.
