TOPSIDES The sporty exterior profile of the 268 Sundancer is highlighted by a stylish reverse arch, deep blue gelcoat sheer and the unmistakable lines of a Sea Ray sport cruiser. A traditional Sundancer cockpit layout includes an elevated triple-wide helm bench, with an adjustable helmseat and plenty of storage beneath. Two aft-facing hide-way jump seats and a slide-out cooler are built into the rear of the helm bench console. Fully aft, a fold-away bench seat provides extra seating, as well as the convenience of more cockpit floorspace for fishing or dockside entertaining. The cockpit is fully sheltered by a navy blue sunbrella camper top & convertible top and removable cockpit carpet adds to your comfort. Board easily from either side, or from the swim platform via a transom door. DOWN BELOW The midships area includes a booth-style dinette to port, convertible to sleep one or two. Opposite the dinette, you will find an enclosed head compartment complete with vanity and hand-held shower. The galley, with a good amount of cabinet and drawer storage, is just forward of the head, on the starboard side. Tucked beneath the elevated helm area is a roomy mid-cabin, with privacy curtain and screened cabin windows, allowing for plenty of natural ventilation. The comfortable sleeping accommodations are completed by the v-berth, fully forward. Desigend to take advantage of the widest part of the bow, the v-berth provides ample room for two adults, plus plenty of storage below the cushion sections. Sea Ray uses a wide open bulkhead design to enhance the feeling of openness in the cabin and provides attractively coordinated drapes for privacy forward. This 268 Sundancer includes the optional three-deck-hatch arrangement, with one large hatch forward and one each over the dinette and galley, each screened for ventilation and also including exterior privacy covers.
