2006 20 (ft.) EASTERN Downeast

This 2006 20’ Eastern is located in Pownal Maine. The boat is owned by a family that works for Eastern and has been meticulously taken care of, as you can see from the pictures. The boat was purchased from the factory in Aug 2010 where it had been sitting for 2 years, so even though this has a 2006 hull, it is practically brand new. It was bought with no motor and the owner installed a 2000 Honda 90 hp engine. Hours unknown. 40 hours were put on it from Aug to Nov. Motor runs like a top and uses a tad over 2 gph. So the motor controller, gauges, wiring harness, fuel lines etc are all new. It has the original built in 40 gallon plastic tank. This great boat comes with a new leaning post, new cushions, new c/c windshield, new c/c stainless grab bar (built by in their shop and nicer than any out there), fantastic new three bow sleek dodger. Dual batteries with boxes and switch, New VHF and antenna, slightly used Garmin 192 color plotter with built in cartography (set up for sounder just need to install a transducer) Cleats, bow bit and navlight are all bronze, which adds to her unique appearance. This boat is as close to new condition as a used boat can get. The owners hobby is buying boats and fixing them up. He likes to use them for a short while so that he can set the boats up so they can be used for a lifetime and with little or no fuss. For 2011 this boat with a basic set up is over 40k. This is not a straight factory Easten 20'. It’s better. As you can see the grab rail is neat and custom, same with the dodger built by coastal canvas. You won’t find a used 20’ Eastern in better condition, and certainly not at this price.
